Up to now, Nghe An Rubber Investment and Development Joint Stock Company has planted over 3,000 hectares of rubber trees, of which in 2013 alone, over 1,200 hectares were newly developed and nearly 950 hectares were newly planted in the first 8 months of 2014. The company has also created jobs and stable income for nearly 600 workers, with an average income of over 5.8 million VND/person/month as of August 2014.
The company has contributed 21% of its salary fund to insurance types such as health insurance, social insurance, and unemployment insurance for 100% of its employees. Along with production development, the unit has also invested nearly 31 billion VND to build and complete infrastructure in the project implementation area.

According to the plan, from now until the end of 2014, the company will plant over 1,250 hectares, striving to complete the 2014 plan of 2,200 hectares. By the end of 2014, the division will be completed, 5 more farms and 2 forest protection management boards will be established, bringing the total number of the Company's farms to 7 farms and 2 forest management boards. In addition to the existing workforce, the company plans to recruit 300 - 350 more workers and about 500 seasonal workers, mainly in the project area.
In 2015, Nghe An Rubber Investment and Development Joint Stock Company plans to plant 2,500 hectares of new rubber trees./.
