TH True Milk Joint Stock Company gives Tet gifts to 300 poor households in Ky Son district

(Baonghean.vn) -Continuing the charity program to help the poor feel warmer during the Lunar New Year of Quy Ty, yesterday February 7, 2013, Mr. Scott - General Director of TH Food Chain Joint Stock Company visited, wished a happy new year, and gave gifts to 300 poor households in 2 remote and disadvantaged communes of Ky Son district. Also attending were leaders of Ky Son district.

The delegation presented 300 Tet gifts to 300 poor households, including 120 gifts from Bao Nam commune and 180 gifts from Bao Thang commune. Bao Thang and Bao Nam communes are more than 40 km from the district center, have no phone signal, no electricity, difficult transportation, and the poverty rate is still very high at 79%.

Each gift is worth 500 thousand VND and 16 boxes of TH fresh milk. Despite the long distance and difficult traffic, the company and district leaders directly came to hand them to the poor households. Mr. Cut Thanh Hoai - representative of the poor households, was moved to say: We are very touched, thank TH Milk Company, during the days before Tet, the company and district leaders did not mind the long distance, traveled to give Tet gifts to each poor family, thank the Party and the State for regularly caring and helping the villagers. We are very excited and feel warmer when receiving this meaningful gift.
