On the morning of January 3, Ban Ve Hydropower Company held a Conference to summarize 2024 and deploy tasks for 2025.
2024 marks a turning point when the Party Committee of Ban Ve Hydropower Company becomes a grassroots Party Committee directly under the Party Committee of Power Generation Corporation 1 from November 5, 2024.
In 2024, under the leadership and direction of the Party Committee of Power Generation Corporation 1, the Party Committee of Nghe An Provincial Enterprises, and the departments, branches and sectors of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee, the Party Committee of Ban Ve Hydropower Company has organized and fully disseminated the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, resolutions, directives, decisions and conclusions of the superior Party Committee.
Thereby, cadres, party members and workers always believe in the Party's guidelines and policies and the State's laws and policies.
In 2024, Ban Ve Hydropower Company completed its electricity output plan. Of which, the electricity output reached 1 billion 224 million kWh, the highest ever. In addition, the unit also completed the major repair of Unit 1 and minor repair of Unit 2.
In addition, the activities of the Company's Trade Union are increasingly practical with many activities such as: periodically organizing dialogues with employees according to regulations; actively responding to emulation movements, organizing "Trade Union Meals" for employees at Ban Ve Hydropower Plant, contributing to improving the material and spiritual life of employees.
In 2024, Ban Ve Hydropower Company also actively participated in social security activities in the area, such as: Supporting Tet for the poor in Tuong Duong and Thanh Chuong districts; releasing fish fry in Ban Ve Hydropower reservoir; supporting the construction of kindergartens in Tuong Duong; supporting the construction of gratitude houses and solidarity houses for the poor... The total budget for social security work is up to 4.3 billion VND.
Based on the results achieved, in 2024, the collective of Ban Ve Hydropower Company was proposed to receive a Certificate of Merit from the State Capital Management Committee; The Company also submitted a dossier to receive a Certificate of Merit from the State Capital Management Committee for 1 collective and 4 individuals; in addition, many collectives and individuals in the company received Certificates of Merit, Emulation Flags... from Vietnam Electricity Group and Power Generation Corporation 1.
Entering 2025, Ban Ve Hydropower Company determined to continue strictly implementing regulations and rules, operating the plant safely and effectively, achieving and exceeding the set targets; actively participating in drought and flood prevention, supplying water to downstream areas according to reservoir operation regulations; completing the overhaul of unit 2, performing assigned repair and maintenance work...
Along with that, focus all human resources to complete the investment settlement of Ban Ve Hydropower Project; at the same time, actively coordinate with the People's Committees of Tuong Duong and Thanh Chuong districts to completely resolve the existing problems in land allocation and resettlement...
