When the company opened the package, they found a bundle of money and counted the total amount of 50 million VND. Checking the seat number where the passenger left it and the ticket seller checking the phone number to book the ticket, they quickly found out the name and address of the owner of the money.
The owner of the forgotten luggage is Mr. Truong Nhu Thanh, 55 years old, residing at No. 3, Alley 19, Lane 102, Truong Chinh Street, Dong Da District, Hanoi. Mr. Thanh was extremely happy and touched when he heard the company call to return the money he had left on the car, which he thought he had lost during his recent trip to Nghe An to visit his relatives. He expressed his gratitude and wanted to give Ms. Hang a tip, but she refused and said that it was the company's rule that anyone who picked up the customer's belongings or money and turned it in for the company to return to the customer would be rewarded by the company, but accepting tips from customers would be criticized or fired.

Van Minh Travel Company Limited had its employees quickly find the address and call the owner to promptly return it.
