Container hits side of truck, woman falls from truck onto road and breaks leg
(Baonghean.vn) - After finishing arranging the dashboard tiles, the car "acted up" and wouldn't start. The truck driver stopped close to the road so the owner could climb on the truck to open the tarp to pump oil, but suddenly a container crashed into the side, causing the owner to fall from the truck and break his leg.
The accident occurred at 6:00 a.m. on March 2 at km 399 of National Highway 1A in hamlet 13, Quynh Thach commune, Quynh Luu district.

Accordingly, at the above time, truck with license plate 37V - 3762 had just finished loading dashboard bricks and was parked on the right side of the road in the direction of Hanoi - Vinh when suddenly a container truck with license plate 15C - 026.26 traveling in the same direction swerved across the side, causing the owner of the vehicle, Ms. Ho Thi Thom (born in 1988, residing in hamlet 13, Quynh Thach commune) to be thrown from the vehicle and break a leg.
At the scene, the truck's side was crushed, bricks were scattered, and the container truck carried the iron plate on the truck about 10 meters before stopping.
Immediately after the accident, local people took Ms. Thom to Quynh Luu hospital for emergency treatment. Traffic police of Quynh Luu district police promptly arrived to handle the incident.
