Crimea prepares Memorandum on incident with Ukrainian ships
Lawyers have prepared a legal Memorandum on the incident in the Kerch Strait, where three Ukrainian ships were detained for violating the Russian state border.
Sputnik received the above announcement from Mr. Alexandr Molokhov, head of the group of experts on international legal issues at the Office of the Permanent Representative of the President of Russia in Crimea.
"The Memorandum is the lawyers' view of the events that occurred. From a legal point of view, it is sufficient to have a unified assessment that it was a provocation on the part of Ukraine. And we are ready to prove this with the help of legal documents," he said.
