CS113 quickly arrested two robbers

(Baonghean.vn) - At around 6:45 p.m. on September 1, 2014, the 113 Police force was on armed patrol according to plan 212 of the Provincial Police, when arriving at Lenin Avenue in Nghi Phu Commune, Vinh City, they discovered 2 subjects riding a motorbike with license plate 37N1-57080 snatching a cell phone from a passerby.

Two robbers were arrested and taken to the police station.

The task force quickly joined with the people to chase and close in on the subject. After running about 200 meters, with the cooperation of a taxi, the CS113 force captured 2 subjects: Le Van Phuong (born in 1997), the motorcyclist, and Phan Thai Viet (born in 1996), the robber. Both reside in Phuc Dien 2 hamlet, Hung Tay commune, Hung Nguyen, Nghe An. Phan Thai Viet has a previous conviction for intentionally causing injury. The seized evidence was a Samsung Galaxy mobile phone worth about 3 million VND belonging to Ms. Doan Thi Phuong, residing in Nghi Thai commune, Nghi Loc district.

Currently, the subject and evidence have been handed over to Vinh City Police for further investigation./.
