Rapid CPR performed by a nurse in Nghe An province saved the life of a tourist who suffered cardiac arrest in the ancient town of Hoa Lu.
Nurse Phan Thi Thuy Hoa (working at the Toxicology Department, Nghe An Friendship General Hospital) successfully resuscitated a tourist who suffered cardiac arrest while visiting Hoa Lu Ancient Town, Ninh Binh province.
At around 10 PM on August 2nd, while sightseeing in Hoa Lu Old Town, Ms. Phan Thi Thuy Hoa saw a large crowd gathered, shouting in the street. Upon approaching, she found a tourist lying unconscious on the ground.
Immediately, with a sense of responsibility, skills, and experience as a medical professional, Ms. Phan Thi Thuy Hoa approached the victim. Upon checking and finding that the victim had lost their femoral and carotid pulses, Ms. Hoa promptly performed chest compressions to save the patient.
With skillful technique, calmness, and decisiveness, Ms. Phan Thi Thuy Hoa helped the victim restore circulation, thereby saving the victim's life before local medical personnel arrived to provide assistance.

As soon as she saw the patient was unconscious, Ms. Hoa's first thought was to check their condition.patientand tried to save their lives. Only after the patients regained their pulse, became conscious, and the local ambulance arrived did she leave.
