Old man dies of heart attack while watching striptease
Too excited to see young girls stripping in a bar, a 61-year-old man died of heart failure.
James Downing, 61, was sitting next to the stage and excitedly waving his baton to cheer in a bar in the red-light district Soi Cowboy, Bangkok (Thailand), when he suddenly fell face down on the floor.According toThe Sun, the staff in the restaurant as well as the medical team tried to perform CPR on Mr. James but could not save this British tourist.
"He was sitting there enjoying himself. James had a toy in his hand, like a police baton. James was swinging it when he suddenly fell forward, hitting his face on the floor. A bar employee initially thought he was drunk. But the medical team later said the cause of death was a heart attack or seizure," a female witness said.
Photos posted online show paramedics trying to save Mr James, who was wearing only a shirt, shorts and flip-flops, while strippers consoled each other.

The results of a post-mortem examination into Mr James’s death are due to be released soon. The British Embassy in Bangkok has also been informed.
