The working group visited and learned that his name was Thai Van Duong, 79 years old, residing at 19 Yen Dung Thuong Street, Hung Dung Ward, Vinh City. He was treated at Nghe An Traditional Medicine Hospital from July 30, 2021, and completed the discharge procedures on August 23, 2021.
However, due to his many illnesses, combined with his illness since childhood, it was very difficult for him to move around. Due to the complicated developments of the Covid-19 epidemic, after being discharged from the hospital, his family could not come to pick him up to return home.
