On the morning of November 22, Ms. Cao Thi Hien - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council had a meeting with voters in Dien Thai commune, Dien Chau district. At the meeting, the delegates of the Provincial and District People's Councils reported on the content and agenda of the 5th session of the 17th Provincial People's Council and the 19th District People's Council; reported on the implementation of the Resolution of the Provincial and District People's Councils on socio-economic, national defense and security tasks in 2017, tasks and solutions in 2018; and reported on the results of handling voters' opinions and recommendations before and after the 4th session of the 17th Provincial People's Council and the 19th District People's Council.
Voters were happy and excited about the results that the province and district achieved in 2017, and at the same time had a number of suggestions and recommendations to the provincial and district People's Council delegates.
Voter Cao Van Nho (Party cell secretary of hamlet 8, Dien Thai commune) said that currently livestock production in the commune is very developed, however in 2017, due to fluctuations in domestic and foreign market prices, livestock farmers suffered heavy losses.
Accordingly, voters requested that all levels and sectors pay attention, visit, support and encourage people promptly; at the same time, have solutions and directions for early vaccination of livestock to avoid widespread epidemics.

Referring to the shortcomings in land auctions, voter Chu Vinh Hoat (Dien Dong commune) stated the current situation in the commune, many forces colluded to force down prices, pushing up free prices to billions of dong, making people angry.
Voter Nguyen Huu Thuong (Chairman of the Elderly Association of Dien Thai Commune) reported that the situation of counterfeit and fake goods such as MSG, beer, candy, etc. in Dien Chau has recently become more complicated and the tricks are increasingly sophisticated, seriously affecting the lives and health of consumers. In particular, on the occasion of Tet, food for children produced in Dien Chau but labeled as Hanoi is consumed everywhere.
Therefore, voters request that authorities quickly intervene to quickly and thoroughly handle violations, especially to handle them seriously to prevent the recurrence of counterfeit goods.

Meanwhile, in a petition to the provincial People's Council delegates, voter Vo Van Cung (Party Secretary, Chairman of the People's Council of Dien Thai commune) expressed concern about the allocation of teachers, as the commune currently has 8 preschool teachers, making it very difficult to work and take care of young children, especially female children. The voter also hoped that superiors would pay attention and take appropriate measures.
In addition, at the meeting, voters also reflected many other opinions such as: The epidemic prevention work was not timely; Policies for the elderly and people with revolutionary contributions were still slow; The environment on the river in Dien Lien commune was seriously polluted; There was no support mechanism and policy for developing winter crops in 2016; Overloaded vehicles damaged inter-commune and inter-district roads...

After listening to the opinions of voters of 4 communes and representatives of the Provincial People's Council elected at the constituency, Ms. Cao Thi Hien seriously accepted and explained a number of issues within her authority.
