Dien Chau voters: Need to reform the administrative apparatus to suit practical requirements

On behalf of the Provincial People's Council delegates at the constituency in Dien Chau district, Ms. Cao Thi Hien - Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council informed voters about the expected content and program of the 5th session of the 17th Provincial People's Council; reported on the socio-economic development results of the province in 2017; and the results of handling voters' petitions before the 4th session of the 17th Provincial People's Council.
Speaking at the conference, voter Nguyen Xuan Giap (Dien Hoa commune) said that the Bung River bridge project, which has been underway since 2012, is still unfinished and incomplete, making traffic and production extremely difficult for local people. In particular, due to storm No. 2 (2016) and storm No. 7 (2017), the Bung River bridge has become increasingly degraded.
Accordingly, voters hope that all levels and sectors will pay attention and support investment in the bridge to complete it soon, serving the travel needs of the people.

Referring to administrative reform, voter Nguyen Binh Trong (Dien Hanh commune) pointed out that the current administrative apparatus still has many shortcomings, some officials still push and avoid responsibility, causing people's trust to decrease.
Therefore, voters expect the government to pay attention and take many measures to improve the administrative apparatus to suit practical needs.

Making a recommendation to the Provincial People's Council delegates, Mr. Trinh Quang Thieu (Hamlet 2, Dien Hanh Commune) said that there should be more support policies for war invalids and people with revolutionary contributions to cover the costs of buying artificial limbs. At the same time, the policies for war invalids, sick soldiers and people with revolutionary contributions must be clear and transparent in order to inform the people in a specific manner.
In addition, at the meeting, voters also reflected many other opinions such as: Solving the hot spot at Dien Hanh Primary School regarding the collection of tuition fees for two sessions a day; The regime for those participating in the resistance war needs to be considered for the right subjects; Economic development models according to the new rural program need to be applied outside the fields; Granting land use right certificates to families with Vietnamese Heroic Mothers...
