Voters propose to adjust compensation price for VSIP project
(Baonghean.vn) - Voters of Hung Nguyen district requested the province to consider and adjust the compensation price for land acquisition for agricultural production to serve the VSIP Nghe An project because there is currently an unsatisfactory difference between Hung Nguyen town and Hung Chinh commune, Vinh city.
The relevant authorities responded to this issue as follows:
According to the provisions of the 2013 Land Law, agricultural land prices are built according to each location and administrative boundary. Land prices at different locations and administrative boundaries will have different prices, specifically:

In Hung Nguyen district, the price of agricultural land in the communes on the outskirts of Vinh city (including Hung Loi, Hung Tay, Hung Thinh and Hung Nguyen town) is built from location 1 (with a price of 57,000 VND/m2) to location 4 (with a price of 41,000 VND/m2). Meanwhile, the remaining communes of Hung Nguyen district are also built from location 1 (with a price of 50,000 VND/m2) to location 4 (with a price of 34,000 VND/m2). In the communes of Vinh city, agricultural land is divided into two locations, location 1 has a price of 85,000 VND/m2, location 2 has a price of 75,000 VND/m2.
Through monitoring the determination of land prices for compensation for site clearance when implementing the VSIP project in the communes of Hung Nguyen district such as Hung Dao, Hung Tay and Hung Nguyen town, it can be seen that: Hung Nguyen district People's Committee always bases on the land price in the land price list issued by the Provincial People's Committee (the proposed price is equal to the price in the price list) and the location of agricultural land plots to submit to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment for determination before submitting to the Provincial Land Price Appraisal Council for approval and the Provincial People's Committee for decision.

VSIP Nghe An Industrial Park, Urban Area - Service Area belongs to the Southeast Economic Zone, with a total area of 750 hectares. The investor said that it will be filled in about 3 - 4 years. This is considered a key industrial park, the locomotive of Nghe An in attracting investment. |
Therefore, the voters' proposal to review and adjust the compensation price for agricultural land acquisition and clearance for the VSIP Nghe An project due to the unsatisfactory difference between Hung Nguyen town and Hung Chinh commune, Vinh city is unfounded.
