Nghe An approves the recovery of nearly 182 hectares of land to develop VSIP III Industrial Park
Nghe An will reclaim nearly 182 hectares of land in Hung Nguyen commune to implement VSIP Nghe An III Industrial Park, a project with an investment capital of 52.5 million USD approved in principle from March 7, 2025.

The decision is included in the list of 14 land acquisition projects recently approved by the Provincial People's Council at the 32nd Session.
VSIP (Vietnam - Singapore Industrial Park) is a joint venture between Becamex IDC (Vietnam) and Sembcorp Development (Singapore), considered one of the typical models of industrial, urban and service parks in Vietnam.
Previously, VSIP Nghe An I was deployed on an area of 750 hectares in Hung Nguyen district and the old Vinh city (now in Hung Nguyen commune and Thanh Vinh ward), with an investment capital of nearly 280 million USD, playing a role in laying the foundation for VSIP's presence in the North Central region.
The second project, VSIP Nghe An II, also known as Tho Loc Industrial Park Phase 1, has a scale of 500 hectares and is being implemented in the communes of Dien Tho, Dien Phu, Dien Loc in the old Dien Chau district (now Tan Chau commune), with an investment capital of nearly 165 million USD.
The implementation of VSIP III shows the trust of this industrial real estate investor in Nghe An's investment environment, contributing to expanding the industrial real estate land fund.
The project's ready infrastructure is expected to attract secondary investors in the context of increasingly fierce competition for infrastructure and resources.
