According to Mr. Chi's assessment, the People's Council delegates have represented the voters to raise existing issues and question the relevant departments and branches. The content of the questions is close to reality, however, the answers of the leaders of the departments and branches are not specific and are still general. What is being said is that some leaders of the departments and branches are also People's Council delegates but have not resolved the issues thoroughly, thus not fulfilling their leadership responsibilities as well as representing the voters.

Mr. Nguyen Huy Tram in Hamlet 24, Nghi Phu Commune, Vinh City said: There are many issues that voters have proposed such as improving the quality of medical examination and treatment, medical ethics, doctors, the attitude of a number of civil servants... still harassing, but have not been completely resolved. The People's Council has also raised these issues in previous sessions, the sectors have also promised to implement them but then everything is back to the same, causing resentment among the people. Through following this session, we see that the leaders of the Departments of Construction, Education, and Health have not responded thoroughly, and the solutions are not clear. Voters' wish is that all levels and sectors must have synchronous solutions, completely resolve them, and bring confidence to the people.
