Voter Nguyen Van Tan, hamlet 6, Nam Loc commune, requested the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs to strengthen the management of organizations and enterprises participating in sending workers abroad, ensuring the rights of the people. Because currently, the labor export fee of the units is higher than the State's regulations, for example, when going to work in Korea, the regulation is only 7,000 USD, but the enterprises all collect 10,000 USD, or even more.
Voter Pham Van Khanh - Secretary of the Party Committee of Nam Tan Commune, reflected: Currently, the recruitment of commune-level civil servants is only for university graduates, so it does not create motivation for the team of hamlet cadres and the team of non-professional commune-level cadres. Therefore, it is recommended that the State should prioritize the recruitment of non-professional commune-level cadres into civil servants.
