Voter Phan Cong Lien (Nam Dan town)He reported that the State had reclaimed his family's land and that of several other households to build the Nam Dan sluice gate in 2013, but until now, he has not received any compensation. He requested that the competent authority promptly arrange funds to pay the households.

Also in Nam Dan town, voter Doan Thi Kim VanShe reflected that the compensation for land clearance when reclaiming land in the Cut River area was not satisfactory and the infrastructure at the new resettlement site in Ba Ha block, Nam Dan town was not guaranteed. Her family had to spend their own money to build the infrastructure but so far has not been paid.
