Yen Thanh voters propose to completely eradicate the problem of protecting harvesters
(Baonghean.vn) - Reflecting to the provincial People's Council delegates, voters of Yen Thanh district raised the issue of protecting harvesters during the harvest season, causing disorder and insecurity, and requested to eradicate and handle it completely.
On November 15, the delegation of the Provincial People's Council chaired by Mr. Le Ba Hung - Director of the Department of Information and Communications; Nguyen Van De - Secretary of Yen Thanh District Party Committee met with voters of 4 communes and towns in Yen Thanh district.

Yen Thanh voters expressed excitement at the province's socio-economic development results since the beginning of the year.
Yen Thanh town has received attention from the province and district in investing in the construction of important traffic routes.
However, the town's infrastructure is facing many difficulties, the cultural house system of the hamlets is degraded, the narrow campus needs investment to repair and upgrade; many locations on the route from National Highway 7B to the seed station are degraded, the drainage system on National Highway 7B is broken, leading to frequent prolonged flooding.
In particular, voters in Yen Thanh district are concerned about social evils such as: the protection of harvesters causing disorder and insecurity every harvest season; land brokers still occur frequently; dog theft is still a concern...
Drug abuse is on the rise, especially among teenagers and long-distance drivers, causing tragic accidents.

In addition, voters hope that the State will have a policy to support pig farmers who have suffered losses due to recent price drops; request to know clearly the district's policy on reclaiming land for 50-year contracts in the old 5-8 area, and the Yen Thanh bus station area...
Yen Thanh district leaders answered and clarified to voters the policies of the province and district in building and solving infrastructure construction issues, building new rural areas, agricultural policies, and repairing damaged roads.
Provincial People's Council delegates also accepted voters' opinions and said they would forward them to the Provincial People's Council and relevant agencies for consideration and resolution.
