Voters in Yen Thanh district reflect that the procedures for granting and exchanging land use right certificates are cumbersome, causing difficulties for people.
(Baonghean.vn) - One of the issues that voters in Yen Thanh district are concerned about is related to the cumbersome and complicated administrative procedures for issuing and exchanging land use right certificates, causing difficulties for people; in one case, people had to go through the process 31 times without completing it.

On the morning of May 7, in Tang Thanh commune (Yen Thanh district), National Assembly deputies of the National Assembly Delegation of Nghe An province had a meeting with voters of three communes: Tang Thanh, Bac Thanh and Nam Thanh.
Participating in the meeting with voters were National Assembly deputies: Pham Phu Binh - Standing member of the National Assembly's Foreign Affairs Committee; Thai Thi An Chung - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly delegation; Hoang Thi Thu Hien - Permanent Vice President of the Provincial Women's Union.
Also attending were leaders of the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council, representatives of a number of provincial departments and branches, and leaders of Yen Thanh district.

Voters reflect and propose 14 contents
At the conference, on behalf of the National Assembly delegates, delegate Hoang Thi Thu Hien - Permanent Vice President of the Provincial Women's Union announced the expected program and content of the 7th session of the 15th National Assembly.
Accordingly, at this session, the National Assembly will consider and pass 10 draft laws and 3 resolutions (including a pilot resolution on supplementing a special mechanism for the development of Nghe An province); give opinions on 10 draft laws; and at the same time consider and decide on a number of important national issues related to socio-economics, finance and budget, etc.

In the spirit of democracy and responsibility, many voters expressed their thoughts, aspirations and recommendations, proposing many issues under the authority of the National Assembly, the Government, and central and provincial ministries and branches.
Affirming that administrative reform in state agencies has improved in many aspects in recent times; however, voter Ha Van Lan (Hamlet 3, Tang Thanh Commune) also reflected that administrative procedures in granting and exchanging land use right certificates for people are cumbersome and complicated, causing difficulties for people.

Also reflecting this content, voter Phan Van Son (Hamlet 5, Tang Thanh Commune) stated that in reality, there were cases where procedures for granting and changing land use right certificates, dividing plots, and upgrading land levels in the certificates had been carried out 31 times but had not been completed.
One issue that many Yen Thanh voters are interested in is related to the regime for people with meritorious services. Voter Phan Le Dieu (Hamlet 3, Tang Thanh Commune) said that currently, there are a number of veterans who directly participated in fighting in bomb and bullet battlefields, sleeping in the forest, sleeping in the dew, in an environment affected by toxic chemicals for 5-6 years, but have not received any regime. He proposed that the National Assembly study to have a regime for this group to show gratitude to those who have devoted their youth and health to today's peaceful country.

Some voters recommended that the National Assembly and the Government study reducing the age of eligibility for benefits for the elderly to 75 years old, ensuring social security policies for the elderly.
Yen Thanh voters also reflected on the inadequacy of monthly payments to beneficiaries from the budget through bank cards. Each month, the amount received is low, only over 300,000 VND, but the bank collects over 11,000 VND for card management.

Along with the above contents, voters of Yen Thanh district also proposed that all levels and sectors pay attention to attracting investment in production projects in the area to solve jobs and increase income for people; at the same time, research solutions to improve the efficiency of agricultural production; resolve inadequacies in land acquisition policies for works and projects, avoid policy differences between works compensated by the State and enterprises; research to improve the capacity and quality of medical examination and treatment for people, especially at the grassroots level, both creating convenience for people and limiting overload at upper-level hospitals.
Explains many issues

Based on voters' opinions and feedback, leaders of departments, branches and Yen Thanh district directly responded and explained a number of issues under their authority.
On behalf of the National Assembly deputies, National Assembly deputy Pham Phu Binh - Standing member of the National Assembly's Foreign Affairs Committee received 14 opinions directly reflected by voters of Yen Thanh district at the conference and summarized them in writing to the National Assembly Delegation of Nghe An province.
Of the 14 opinions, some contents were received by the Provincial National Assembly Delegation in previous voter meetings and were compiled and sent to competent authorities; including contents related to the regime of awards and medals during the resistance war, which were specifically answered by the Ministry of National Defense; however, with the responsibility of elected representatives, the Provincial National Assembly Delegation will continue to make recommendations to competent authorities to resolve practical shortcomings.

Standing member of the National Assembly's Foreign Affairs Committee Pham Phu Binh also received and clarified the contents of policies for commune-level officials and civil servants, people affected by Agent Orange, soldiers participating in combat on the battlefields; attracting investment; investment strategy for agricultural development, etc.
