On the morning of May 7, the National Assembly Delegation of Nghe An province had a meeting with voters of Dien Hai, Dien Hong, Dien Phong and Dien My communes (Dien Chau district) before the 7th session of the 15th National Assembly. Attending the meeting with voters were comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province; leaders of Dien Chau district and representatives of a number of departments, branches and sectors.

At the meeting with voters, on behalf of the provincial National Assembly delegates, comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh informed voters about the time and contents expected to take place in the 7th Session, 15th National Assembly, term 2021 - 2026.
Accordingly, the 7th session of the 15th National Assembly will open on May 20 and is expected to close on June 27. At the session, the National Assembly will consider and pass 10 draft laws, 3 draft resolutions, give opinions on 11 draft laws and consider and decide on other important issues.

At the conference, Mr. Le Hong Thinh - a voter of Dien Hai commune said that currently in the area, there are some damaged electric poles located in people's gardens, affecting the construction of civil works, or located in the middle of traffic routes, causing unsafety. Voters have made many requests for this content but it has not been resolved, so they request that the relevant authorities soon have a solution.
Voter Le Hong Thinh also requested that all levels and sectors direct the construction of traffic routes in the area on time, creating convenience for people in traveling and avoiding traffic insecurity.

Voter Nguyen Dinh Cam (Dien Hai commune) proposed that there should be specific policies, paying attention to the protection of the marine environment and the regeneration of aquatic resources. This is an issue that many voters in coastal areas are interested in, directly related to the livelihoods of local people. Therefore, voters proposed that there should be proper attention, and effective policies should be developed to soon improve this issue.


According to Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong - Vice Chairwoman of Dien Phong Commune People's Council, clean water for daily life is one of the minimum and necessary needs of the people, and is also one of the important criteria in the process of building new rural areas. However, up to now, people in 8 communes in the North of Dien Chau district still do not have clean water supply works for daily life. Although they have made recommendations and reflected on many forums, they have not been resolved yet. Therefore, voters request that all levels and sectors soon have a solution.

In addition, voters also reflected on a number of issues related to policies for people with revolutionary contributions, the slow issuance and exchange of land use right certificates for people, financial support for the construction of degraded cultural houses, etc.

After listening to the opinions of voters of Dien Chau district, representatives of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs and the Department of Home Affairs, and leaders of Dien Chau district discussed and answered a number of issues within their authority that voters reflected.

On behalf of the National Assembly Delegation, Comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh received and responded to a number of areas within her authority, and promised to summarize voters' reflections and recommendations and forward them to relevant levels and sectors for research and resolution.
