Visiting and presenting gifts to the BCCNV of Military Hospital 4, on behalf of the working delegation of the Policy Department - Ministry of National Defense, Major General Tran Van Minh - Director of the Policy Department - Ministry of National Defense kindly asked about the health and encouraged the medical staff and doctors to complete all assigned tasks. He suggested that as a military medical unit, in addition to performing the task of taking care of the health of officers and soldiers of the military region, the doctors and nurses of the Hospital should pay attention to taking care of patients who are wounded soldiers and civilians being treated at the Hospital.
Also this morning, a working delegation from the Ministry of National Defense Policy Department, Military Region 4 and the Provincial Military Command visited and presented gifts to wounded soldiers and staff of the Nghe An War Invalids Nursing Center. The center is currently treating 73 seriously wounded and sick soldiers from Nghe An and Ha Tinh provinces. Of these, 2/3 are extremely seriously wounded and 43 have additional Agent Orange sequelae. On this occasion, the Ministry of National Defense Policy Department presented 10 million VND to the Nghe An War Invalids Nursing Center and 73 million VND to 73 wounded and sick soldiers being treated at the center.

The delegation also visited and presented gifts to the Nghe An Mental Health Nursing Home, giving 10 million VND to the Nursing Home, and 53 million VND to 53 wounded soldiers being treated at the nursing home.
At the places visited by the delegation, Major General Tran Van Minh kindly visited and encouraged the health of wounded soldiers and officers, doctors and nurses working at the centers on the occasion of the 66th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day.
