Nghe Tinh Regional Reserve Department completes distribution of 2,137 tons of rice to relieve famine

(Baonghean.vn) - Implementing Decision No. 722/QD-TTg dated June 18, 2012 of the Prime Minister on supporting rice for famine relief in Nghe An province, Decision No. 2324/QD-UBND dated June 27, 2012 of the Provincial People's Committee on allocating rice for famine relief to people in the 2012 crop gap period, by July 12, the State Reserve Department of Nghe Tinh Region had completed the transportation and distribution of 2,137 tons of rice to Thanh Chuong districts (people in resettlement areas), Tuong Duong, Ky Son, Nghia Dan, Quy Chau, Que Phong, Quy Hop.

Accordingly, the above districts will be directly responsible for directing the provision of rice to hungry families, ensuring timely delivery, to the right subjects, in accordance with the regime, and completed before July 15.
