Nghe Tinh State Reserve Department celebrates 55th anniversary of its establishment
(Baonghean) -This morning, August 13, in Vinh city, the State Reserve Department of Nghe Tinh region solemnly held a ceremony to celebrate the 55th anniversary of the establishment of the State Reserve Sector (August 7, 1956 - August 7, 2011).
Attending the ceremony were comrades: Thai Van Hang - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee; Pham Phan Dung - Party Secretary - General Director of the General Department of State Reserves, Dinh Van Viet - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee, and representatives of provincial departments, branches and affiliated units.
Comrade Thai Van Hang awarded the Labor Medal to individuals.
After the special art program, comrade Pham Quang Dinh - Director of the State Reserve Department of Nghe Tinh region read a speech describing the unit's operation and growth process. During the glorious journey of the past 55 years, the staff and workers of the state reserve sector have quietly overcome many difficulties and challenges, successfully completing their assigned tasks. Many civil servants have devoted their whole lives to the development and growth of the sector, many typical examples have received and safely preserved tens of thousands of tons of rice and many materials and equipment to serve the country in times of crisis. During the development and growth process, the State Reserve Department of Nghe Tinh region has always been honored as a comprehensively strong unit, the flagship unit of the General Department of State Reserves.
The Ministry of Finance, Nghe An province and Ha Tinh province presented the banners "The State Reserve Department of Nghe Tinh region: 55 years of construction, solidarity, innovation and development" to the unit.
In recognition of the achievements the unit has made in recent years, many collectives and individuals have been awarded at all levels. The President awarded the Second and Third Class Labor Medals to the Nghe Tinh Regional State Reserve Department, the Third Class Labor Medal to the Vinh State Reserve Sub-Department, and 2 individuals and 1 officer were awarded the title of National Emulation Fighter in the Renewal Period; the Prime Minister awarded the Flag of Leading Unit in 1999, 2001, 2005, 2009; the Ministry of Finance awarded the Emulation Flag in 2006, 2010, etc.
At the ceremony, by order of the President, comrade Thai Van Hang awarded the Third Class Labor Medal to the collective unit and 2 individuals; awarded the Certificate of Merit of the Chairman of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee to 3 collectives and 6 individuals and presented the banner of the Provincial Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province to the State Reserve Department of Nghe Tinh region, bearing the inscription "State Reserve Department of Nghe Tinh region - 55 years of construction, solidarity, innovation and development". On this occasion, comrade Dinh Van Viet, on behalf of the leaders of Ha Tinh province, awarded the Certificate of Merit of the Chairman of Ha Tinh Provincial People's Committee to 4 collectives and 5 individuals of the warehouse sub-departments in Ha Tinh province and presented the banner of the Provincial Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ha Tinh province to the unit. Comrade Pham Phan Dung awarded the excellent unit flag of the Finance sector to the staff of the unit and the Certificate of Emulation Fighter title of Finance sector to 12 individuals with outstanding achievements in the past time.

On behalf of the leaders of Nghe An province, comrade Thai Van Hang spoke to acknowledge and commend the achievements that the unit has achieved over the past 55 years. The achievements of the unit have contributed to economic development and social security stability in Nghe An and Ha Tinh provinces. On behalf of the General Department of State Reserves, comrade Pham Phan Dung - General Director warmly commended the achievements that the unit has achieved, and at the same time requested that in the coming time, the State Reserve Department of Nghe Tinh region continue to well implement Resolution No. 11/NQ-CP dated February 24, 2011 of the Government, contributing to curbing inflation, stabilizing the macro economy, ensuring social security...
