As previously reported, at 2:00 p.m. on September 11, at Dien Thap Primary School, Dien Chau District, a water tank (made of stainless steel) collapsed, causing two students, Nguyen Tien Phi (2004), residing in Hamlet 6, Dien Thap Commune, and Truong Tien Manh (born in 2004), residing in Hamlet 8, Dien Thap Commune, Dien Chau District, to die on the spot, while Ngo Sy Hoang (born in 2004), residing in Hamlet 7, Dien Thap Commune, was slightly injured.
