The Department of Armaments, General Department of Engineering started building a house of gratitude
(Baonghean) -On the morning of April 26, 2011, Warehouse T12, Department of Armaments, General Department of Technology) organized the groundbreaking ceremony to build a house of gratitude for two families of martyrs in Yen Hoi hamlet (Do Thanh commune, Yen Thanh district, Nghe An) with a total amount of 120 million VND (60 million VND for each family).
They are the family of Mr. Dao Le Dien - Mrs. Tran Thi Huong, the biological parents of martyr Dao Le Dung; the family of Mr. Phan Dang Khoa - Mrs. Ho Thi Tinh, the biological parents of martyr Phan Van Bang. Both martyrs died in 1983 at Warehouse T34, Department of Military Weapons.

Attending the groundbreaking ceremony were representatives of the District Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Fatherland Front Committee, Military Command, Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Yen Thanh district; leaders of Do Thanh commune and people of Yen Hoi hamlet.
It is expected that the two houses will be handed over to the two families on the occasion of the 64th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2011), to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the establishment of Warehouse T12 (July 4, 1961 - July 4, 2011), and the 60th anniversary of the tradition of the Military Ordnance Department (September 16, 1951 - September 16, 2011) in order to continue to preserve and promote the traditional morality of "remembering the source of water" and "repaying gratitude" of our nation towards families of policy beneficiaries.
