Dien Chau is one of the localities with strong industrial park development, an attractive destination for domestic and foreign investors. Currently, the district has completed the expansion planning and invested more than 31.8 billion VND to build technical infrastructure for Thap - Hong - Ky industrial park on an area of 25 hectares. In particular, the district has recently completed the project to build a wastewater treatment plant with modern technology to treat wastewater for enterprises operating in Thap - Hong - Ky industrial park. With such favorable conditions, in this industrial park, there are 25 enterprises investing in projects (filling 100% of the area), of which many projects have come into operation. Many new industrial products with high value and large output, such as: garment, fishmeal processing, construction steel production, roofing, steel purlins, NPK fertilizers... have increased industrial production capacity, increased budget revenue, contributed to job creation and economic restructuring.
