Thanh Chuong District Labor Federation is a typical example of close coordination between trade unions and local authorities. To overcome objective difficulties due to the small number of small-scale enterprises, the District Labor Federation has sought support and cooperation from the government, professionals, units and individuals, thereby creating attractive and widespread programs to care for the interests of union members and workers. From 5 union officials, Thanh Chuong District Labor Federation has expanded relationships, called for the participation of members from other agencies and units in the area, and mobilized additional funding sources for organizing activities. During Workers' Month 2021, the District Labor Federation mobilized 40 million VND from the support of Thanh Chuong District People's Committee and 80 million VND from enterprises. Above all, the support of local agencies and units for the activities of the trade union organization in Thanh Chuong district has been regular, continuous for many years and increasingly large-scale.

Sharing about this, Chairman of Thanh Chuong District Labor Union Le Dinh Tho said: “The decisive factor in calling for support is to demonstrate the capacity of the staff, the effectiveness of the activities, and the prestige of the organization. Union staff need to clearly recognize the importance of the coordination program to have an attitude of respect and honor for the organizations and individuals who support them, strengthen and expand relationships and be enthusiastic and responsible in other union activities. At the same time, the union also needs to promptly support the government and businesses whenever possible.”

With the consensus and support of the government, political and social organizations in the area, the activities of the trade union organization in Thanh Chuong district have gone into depth, substance and effectiveness, bringing many practical benefits to workers. The above coordination has also contributed to helping the Thanh Chuong District Labor Federation become one of the 6 outstanding units of the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation in 2021.

Thanks to that, the position of the trade union organization in Yen Thanh is increasingly enhanced.

Before the benefits and opportunities from the coordination program between the Party and the DelegationProvincial Federation of LaborWith the Standing Committee of the district and industry, many opinions expressed consensus and confidence in good results in the future.

Mr. Nguyen Tat Hoai Hiep - Standing Deputy Secretary of Do Luong District Party Committee said: Recently, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee assigned the Propaganda Department to coordinate with the District Labor Federation to organize the study and dissemination of Resolution 02-NQ/TW on innovation of trade union organizations in the new situation, develop and issue a plan to implement the Resolution to create unity in leadership, direction and implementation, focusing on widely disseminating the Resolution. In addition, the District Party Committee also strengthened coordination to effectively implement Decision No. 5155-QD/TU of the Provincial Party Committee on developing Party members and Party organizations in private enterprises and foreign-invested enterprises. In the coming time, there needs to be more attention in the two-way exchange of information between the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and the Party Delegation of the Provincial Federation of Labor in leading and directing the implementation of assigned tasks, paying more attention to policies and legitimate interests of workers, supporting union members in difficult circumstances and creating conditions for the union to launch effective patriotic emulation movements.

Sharing the same view, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Hung - Secretary of Con Cuong District Party Committee, emphasized: “The scale of activities of the Con Cuong mountainous district Trade Union is not large, but the activities of the trade union organization are still very vibrant, contributing to stabilizing the spirit and ideology of cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers in the stable development of the district. In addition, the trade union has participated very well in propagating for union members and workers to preserve the identity of ethnic minorities, spreading traditional festivals. The Standing Committee of the District Party Committee always considers the trade union to have a core role in the Party organization, the government, and the Fatherland Front. The trade union organization also always has consultations and exchanges with the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee on personnel work. We hope that the coordination program will create more unity and cohesion in the coming time”.

Representing the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc to attend the Conference and sign the coordination regulations, Comrade Chu Ba Long - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc of Nghe An highly appreciated the innovations in the content and form of activities of Nghe An Trade Union in the past time. Nghe An Trade Union has done a good job of taking care of union members and workers, and at the same time spreading that care to agencies, units and enterprises. He emphasized the coordination to thoroughly grasp the 5 viewpoints of the Politburo in Resolution 02 on innovation of trade union organizations and requested the Provincial Labor Federation to continue advising the Provincial Party Committee to direct the coordination in implementing the tasks of the Trade Union organization.
