According to Ria Novosti, Professor Christopher Arterton said that Mrs. Hillary Clinton will likely become the US President after the 2016 election because she is highly regarded by public opinion and has no worthy opponent.

Republicans may win a majority in Congress this year, but the front-runner for the presidency remains Democrat Hillary Clinton. |
Professor Christopher Arterton answered the phone from Washington: “I think there are many reasons why Hillary Clinton has almost no equal opponents.”
A recent poll conducted by the Washington Post and ABC News shows the strength of the Democratic Party as people support the former first lady's candidacy for President.
“I think everyone sees that her time has come. It would be very difficult for a candidate like Elizabeth Warren to decide to run against the first woman who is likely to be president. Being a woman, it might affect Warren’s calculations.”
A Washington Post and ABC News poll found that, for Republicans, only 20% of conservatives want Mitt Romney to run for President.
“On the Republican side, even if Mitt Romney were to come in, I think there would be a real fight because there are so many divisions within the Republican Party,” said Professor Arterton. “So I think we’re going to see an easy Democratic victory.”
Experts note that although Hillary Clinton is the number one candidate for the position of White House owner in 2016, she may not be able to win easily because there will be many surprises that can happen.
Professor Arterton: “To be fair, both parties are neck and neck in the election that’s coming up in two weeks. The Republicans seem to be slightly ahead. Part of that is because Obama’s popularity has been down after six years in office that didn’t turn the economy around. It looks like the Republicans will either take the White House or they’ll improve a little bit there and take the Senate. That’s why we have a Republican Congress and a Democratic White House.”
According to the survey, there are many factors that contributed to Hillary's success. "One of them is the achievements of the Bill Clinton administration and it was the last time we saw sustainable development, so it's a reflection of that period. I think she did a very good job as Secretary of State during her first term, a time when her image on the international stage was not as a first lady or a senator. And I also think that part of it is that there was no worthy opponent in the Democratic or Republican Party at that time."
Hillary is so popular that if today were election day, she would definitely be elected, but in 2016 it may not be so simple because the Republican Party continues to mobilize more people.
The main problem for the Republican Party is its lack of internal unity. Although the Republican Party is very close to winning this year, it is not united enough to put forward a truly strong presidential candidate right now.
However, even though she is a strong candidate for president, Mrs. Hilary Clinton has encountered many scandals related to her husband's womanizing in the White House.
