(Baonghean.vn) - In the middle of the green Phu Quy plateau in Western Nghe An, cows at the world record farm cluster of TH Group are meticulously cared for, listen to music and take baths every day to produce fresh, clean milk completely from nature, for the health of the community.

To monitor and ensure the health of the herd, TH uses the world's leading modern Afifarm Herd Management technology with the task of managing each individual, early detecting health, reproductive and nutritional problems. The AfiTag electronic chip attached to each cow's leg will collect all the information of each individual in a day and transfer the data to the computer system for analysis. In particular, this device is capable of detecting mastitis, a common disease in dairy cows, 4 days in advance so that the cows can be separated from the herd and treated immediately; the chip also warns and detects the estrus period so that the cows can be inseminated at the right time.

Prevention is better than cure, that is what TH guarantees for its cows. Even the cows at TH's organic farm are treated by veterinary experts with herbs and acupuncture instead of antibiotics. Acupuncture for cows can treat diseases such as heatstroke, sunstroke, bloating, indigestion, poor appetite, slow birth... the ultimate is treating paralysis caused by nerve damage in cows and providing anesthesia without drugs in surgery, something that Western medicine cannot do.

From “happy cows” to clean fresh milk for children's growth

To have pure, natural fresh milk that contributes to improving the physical and intellectual health of the country's future generations, the cows at TH farm not only get to bathe and listen to classical music every day, but each food portion is also analyzed and calculated carefully and strictly.

In each stage of development, dairy cows are fed with a separate formula. TH has used research from the world's leading nutrition experts, from 12-16 types of ingredients mixed according to appropriate formulas, so that the cows can produce milk rich in nutrients and valuable micronutrients for human health.

The cows are bathed and listened to music every day before producing perfect milk.

The world's best sorghum and delicacies for cows are brought to grow on TH's vast hills, using the most modern equipment for planting and care, including a 450m long automatic irrigation system. After harvesting, the food is fermented to kill harmful bacteria, which is the secret to creating a safe, nutritious milk quality. In addition to green raw materials, cow food is also mixed with refined bran and a special ingredient that only TH dairy cows have, which is bagasse and molasses - by-products from the NASU sugar factory - a unit under TH Group.

“We control almost absolute safety right from the stage of cultivating on the pasture. The food that arrives at the center is analyzed for quality. From roughage to mixed food, when it reaches the cow's mouth, everything is analyzed and thoroughly checked using European standard technology. TH cows drink clean water treated with the latest Amiad filtration technology, ensuring an absolutely pure water source,” said Ms. Vy Thu Hang (Director of TH Food and Nutrition Center).

All of these meticulous details create perfection in every drop of TH true MILK. The average fresh milk yield of each cow reaches 34-36 liters per day, equivalent to about 11,000 liters per cycle, the highest in Southeast Asia.
