Not only effectively exploiting economic potentials, TH's closed production chain has helped change traditional production methods, attracted the participation of local people and completely changed the face of the socio-economic environment where the project is located.

Visiting the milking area of ​​farm No. 3 - the "home" of 7,000 dairy cows out of a total of nearly 70,000 high-yielding dairy cows imported from New Zealand and the US belonging to the TH farm cluster, the delegation of leaders of the Kaluga Region Government expressed their admiration for the professional and modern agricultural methods of a Vietnamese enterprise.

Here, with the method of managing dairy cows through Perometer chips worn on the cows' legs, all information about cow health is transmitted directly to the signal receiver box at the Milking Center and updated to the computer; the closed milking process, immediate cooling after milking and other processes in the giant operating system in the livestock area all meet the requirements of producing fresh, clean, and delicious milk.

The Minister of Agriculture of Kaluga Region also visited the giant raw material field with automatic irrigation arm of the Corporation. This field is evaluated by the experts of the World Record Union asMombasa grasslands, the world's largestHere, he was particularly interested in the effective harvesting method applying high technology that TH Group built itself, with the world's leading level of mechanization such as using John Deere SPFH 8500i, JD XP 1770 (12 rows), Kuhn, Claas, Fliegl...

Notably, TH owns all the machinery serving the production activities of the closed process, from bulldozers and excavators for land reclamation to plows, seeders, fertilizer sprayers, pesticide sprayers, waterers and harvesters.

In 2015, TH dairy farm set a record for “The largest cluster of dairy farms and milk processing applying high technology in Asia”, certified by the Asian Book of Records. For the first time in history, the Vietnamese livestock industry in general and the Vietnamese milk production and processing industry in particular have been named on the world milk map.

In December 2020, TH Farm continued to achieve the world record "The world's largest cluster of concentrated farms applying high technology with a closed production process" certified by the World Record Alliance.

Currently, in addition to the farm clusters in Nghia Dan (Nghe An), Thanh Hoa and Phu Yen that have been put into operation, TH is continuing to build farms in Ha Giang, Cao Bang, Kon Tum, An Giang... and promoting investment in dairy farming and milk processing in a number of other provinces. The farms will provide a large amount of clean, pure, high-quality fresh milk, meeting the domestic demand for fresh milk and officially exporting to potential markets such as China, ASEAN and other regions.

With a herd of nearly 70,000 dairy cows, TH Group is the largest high-tech concentrated dairy farming investment enterprise in Vietnam. TH plans to expand its concentrated closed-chain dairy herd to 200,000 cows by 2025 and link dairy farming with farmers. With this strong expansion process, TH contributes to the early realization of the goals of total cow herd as well as fresh milk production of the whole country.

After 13 years of operation, TH is now firmly in the leading position in the urban retail market in the fresh milk segment with nearly 45% market share. Total consumer awareness of the brand is 100%. In addition, with the mission“For public health”, TH also develops healthy drinks by launching many product lines such as: TH true NUT premium nut milk, TH true WATER purified water, TH true JUICE fruit juice... The total number of TH products by the end of 2022 is 140 products.

Attracting agricultural production enterprises applying high technology, green and clean production to invest in the area is the direction that Nghe An province is prioritizing and focusing on implementing. Dairy farming and milk processing complex project in the Russian Federation

With love and sincere gratitude to the Russian Federation - the country that has had many noble acts to help the Vietnamese people in the war against foreign invaders, Ms. Thai Huong and TH Group chose Russia to implement the Project.Dairy farming and milk processing complex, not only to realize the aspiration of bringing fresh milk products to the world market, but also with the desire to bring the best to the Russian people, where the Project is deployed.

The project was started on May 18, 2016 in Volokolamsk district, Moscow province, with a total investment capital of 2.7 billion USD within 10 years, implemented in 3 phases. Phase 1 has carried out the construction of farms and factories in Moscow province and Kaluga province. The next phase will have projects in Tyumen province, Bashkortostan Republic and the Far East region. It can then be expanded depending on the actual production, business and market development.

Upon completion of the Project, the total number of cows is expected to be 350,000, the total milk processing capacity is 5,900 tons/day, equivalent to nearly 1.8 million tons/year, the total concentrated raw material area is 140 thousand hectares. TH true MILK products are expected to be distributed in Russia through traditional channels, supermarkets and TH true mart (300 stores). In September 2018, the TH Group's milk processing factory with the largest capacity in Russia was started construction.

In January 2023, TH imported 2,400 high-yielding cows from the US and officially operated the farm. TH's dairy cow herd in Russia has a high-yielding genetic source, combined with high technology and advanced management science, the TH dairy farm has the highest average milk yield in Russia, about 40-41 liters/cow/day, 2.5 times higher than Russia's average milk yield (only 17 liters/cow/day).

In addition, with the highest protein and fat content in Russia, the farm's raw milk is currently being sold to the largest dairy companies in Russia such as Danone, Torzhok, etc. at the highest prices on the market. These are the most important indicators proving the effectiveness of TH's project in Russia.

The investment project of TH Group in Kaluga Region is an important component in the overall project of investing in the dairy cow farming and fresh milk processing complex TH in the Russian Federation with all the components that TH has deployed in Nghia Dan, Nghe An and is a model to visualize what TH will develop in the Russian Federation in general and Kaluga in particular.

Currently, TH has received 20,000 hectares of cultivated land in Kaluga, reclaimed and cultivated over 8,000 hectares of wheat, barley, corn, alfafa grass, ryegrass... Up to now, the project implemented by TH is the largest and most modern project in Kaluga.

Believing that what TH has built and operated in Vietnam will be a premise and valuable experience for success in Kaluga province, the Minister of Agriculture of Kaluga Region also shared: "By making this visit, I want to immediately have accurate information from a foreign investor with the potential and experience to implement the most famous livestock and milk processing project in Vietnam. From there, I will have the opportunity to quickly get acquainted with the agricultural sector in the region and learn about the development prospects of this industry. TH's project will have a very positive impact on the economy, develop jobs and ensure increased food security for Kaluga.

Up to now, in addition to Kaluga province, TH Group's project in Russia has also made steady progress in Moscow province, Primoskiy (Far East) and the Republic of Bashkortostan. In Moscow province, TH has inaugurated phase 1 of a dairy farm cluster with a scale of raising about 12,000 dairy cows. Currently, there are nearly 3,000 dairy cows in this area, bringing the total number of dairy cows TH is raising in the Russian Federation to nearly 6,000.
