MC Bach Duong was born in 1975, graduated from the Faculty of Journalism - Hanoi University of Social Sciences and Humanities. Being an active and adventurous person, she registered to take the exam for Vietnam Television in 1997.

In 2017, MC Bach Duong surprised everyone when she announced that she was leaving VTV after 20 years of working there. The reason given by the female MC was that she was no longer healthy enough to work on television due to insomnia and constant stress. During her first two pregnancies, the female MC worked until the day before giving birth. During the third time, she was under constant stress, from the time she was pregnant until she gave birth.
