The floor score is not multiplied by the coefficient. The unmultiplied admission score of the schools must not be lower than the floor score. Candidates with exam results lower than the floor score will not be considered for admission to schools using the exam results according to the common exam questions.

For schools that use the same university and college entrance exam questions and use the same active exam results in admissions according to the following principles: Schools can determine the admission score by exam group, by major or by general admission score. The admission score without multiplying the coefficient must not be lower than the floor score;

Candidates with exam results from high to low are considered to meet the quota; The difference in admission scores between groups of subjects is 1.0 point and between regions is 0.5 point.

The Ministry stipulates that schools must publicly announce information related to admission requirements, admission deadlines and admission results on the school's website, and transfer this information to the Information Technology Department for posting on the Ministry of Education and Training's website. This information is also publicly announced on mass media.

The deadline for application is November 30, 2012.

This year, universities will take exams according to the common exam questions of the Ministry of Education and Training and print and issue 02 Certificates of University Entrance Exam Results for candidates who are not admitted to their school, but have exam results from the college floor score or higher (no subject has a score of 0) according to each subject and region; print Score Report Forms for candidates whose exam results are below the college floor score.

Colleges that take exams according to the common exam questions of the Ministry of Education and Training print and issue 2 College entrance exam result certificates to candidates who are not admitted to their school, but have exam results from the prescribed college floor score or higher (no subject has a score of 0) for each subject and region; print score reports for candidates whose exam results are below the college floor score.

The certificate of university and college entrance exam results and the score report must be consistent with the designed form, cannot be changed and must be filled with all necessary information according to the current admission regulations. Both types of papers must have the red seal of the school so that candidates can use them to register for admission to universities, colleges or vocational schools.
