Braised Duck with Ginger

·Ingredient:500g duck meat

Processing:

- Wash the duck and cut into small pieces.

Duck meat noodle soup

Although not a delicacy, a bowl of hot duck noodle soup with fatty coconut milk will bring you an extremely delicious and enjoyable feeling.

·Ingredient:- 1 young duck

· - 1 ginger root

· - 500 gr of rice flour

· - Coconut milk

· - Spring onion

· - Coriander.

Processing:- Pluck the duck feathers and wash it. If you want to remove the duck's odor, rub ginger on the duck and then wash it with white wine.

- Put a pot of boiling water on the stove, add a few slices of ginger, put the duck in and boil until done.

- While waiting for the duck to cook, you move on to making the noodles. The noodles used for this dish are made entirely from rice flour. Put the rice flour in a small bowl, add about 1 cup of hot water and start kneading the dough. Note that the amount of water also depends on the type of rice flour.

Knead the dough until it is smooth, elastic and not sticky to your hands.

- Place the dough on a clean, flat surface, spread a layer of nylon over the dough. Then, take a rolling pin and roll it out as flat as possible.

After rolling out the dough, use a sharp knife to cut the dough into strands.

- Divide the coconut milk into two parts, set aside the fatty part on top. Add the remaining part to the pot of boiling water used to boil the noodles. Doing so will help the noodles smell of coconut.

- Boil noodles: Put the pot of water on the stove, bring to a boil, add noodles, when you see the noodles float, it's done. Take them out and put them in a bowl of cold water.

- Now the duck is cooked, take it out, chop the duck into bite-sized pieces, arrange on top of the noodle bowl, sprinkle onions and coriander on top.

Braised duck with star fruit

Ingredient: - 1 duck

· - 5 green star fruit

· - 50g dried shiitake mushrooms

· - 1 liter of coconut water

· - 1 tablespoon satay sauce

· - 1 teaspoon peppercorns

· - 2 teaspoons seasoning powder

· - 1 teaspoon salt

· - 1 teaspoon sugar

· - A little coriander

· - Spring onion.

Making:

Buy a whole, cleaned duck, rub it with salt several times to reduce the smell, cut into bite-sized pieces. Marinate the meat with satay, pepper, seasoning powder, sugar, leave for about 15 minutes to absorb the spices.

Peel and wash green star fruit.

Wash the mushrooms, remove the stems, soak in warm water, remove and rinse with cold water.

Put the pot on the stove, add coconut water, put the meat in to cook. When the meat boils, add the green star fruit, bring to a boil again, then reduce the heat and cook until the duck is tender. Finally, add the shiitake mushrooms and boil for another 5 minutes. Take the star fruit out, mash it to get the powder, put it back in the duck pot, season with salt, sugar, and seasoning powder to taste, then remove from heat.

Scoop into a bowl, add cilantro and green onions on top.

Tip:When buying duck, choose an old duck so that it has a delicious chewy texture and is not too soft when cooked. To remove the duck's odor, in addition to using salt, you can rub in chopped ginger.

Duck meat cooked with green cabbage

Without taking too much time to prepare, you can still bring delicious feeling to your loved ones with dishes made from poultry.

·Ingredient:- Duck meat 0.5 kg

· - Shiitake mushrooms 100 g

· - 1 kg green cabbage

· - 1 chili pepper

· - Seasoning powder 2 tablespoons

· - Sugar 1 tablespoon

· - 1 piece of ginger

Making:Clean duck meat, cook with 2 liters of water, remove and cut into thin slices.

Add chopped green cabbage and sliced ​​shiitake mushrooms to the duck broth, bring to a boil, season, turn off heat, add ginger and sliced ​​chili.
