Compulsory land recovery, handover to investors to implement VSIP Project

PerformVSIP Nghe An Industrial Park, Urban Area and Service Infrastructure Construction and Business Project, in Hung Nguyen town, there are about 180 hectares of land within the area of ​​land clearance, with 600 households. From 2019 to now, Hung Nguyen District People's Committee has assigned the Land Clearance Compensation Council to conduct measurements, count, make compensation plans, and support affected households according to regulations.

Basically, the people whose land was recovered agreed and supported the State's policy in implementing the project.

However, up to now, in block 10, Hung Nguyen town, 4/120 households have not agreed to compensation, support and handover of land to investors to implement the project (phase 1B, 2A.1, 2A.2, 3).

Faced with that situation, based on the provisions of law, especially for projects subject to land recovery by the State to implement socio-economic development for national and public interests according to Clause 2, Article 62, Land Law 2013, on October 25, 2023, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Hung Nguyen district issued Decision No. 967/QD-UBND on the establishment of a Board to enforce land recovery for households and individuals with permanent residence in Block 10, Hung Nguyen town. At the same time, issued decisions on the enforcement of land recovery of households according to regulations.

This morning (December 8), the People's Committee of Hung Nguyen district and the functional forces organized enforcement and construction protection in the above-mentioned area. After reading the land reclamation decisions, the People's Committee of Hung Nguyen district mobilized machinery and organized site leveling. According to records, in the morning, the enforcement and construction protection took place normally and safely.

It is known that immediately after completing the site leveling construction, the investor will carry out the next investment steps to implement the project, ensuring the correct progress and plan.
