Necklace snatching

(Baonghean.vn) - At 7:30 p.m. on August 26, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hau (born in 1974, residing in block 12, Cua Nam ward, Vinh city) was riding a motorbike on Tran Hung Dao street when a subject riding a motorbike in the same direction (license plate unknown) snatched a gold necklace worth about 10 million VND.

City police are investigating.
