Necklace snatching

(Baonghean.vn) - At 10:00 a.m. on November 12, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Vinh (born in 1990, residing in Dong Vinh Ward) was riding a motorbike on Truong Chinh Street (Vinh City) when two people on a motorbike (license plate unknown) robbed her of a gold necklace worth about 8 million VND. Currently, Vinh City Police are investigating to clarify the matter.
