(Baonghean) - At 8:00 a.m. on June 12, Ms. Phuong Anh (born in 1991), residing in Hamlet 8, Nghi An Commune, Vinh City, went to Hung Phuc Ward Police to report the incident: At around 8:00 p.m. on June 11, Ms. Phuong was traveling on Nguyen Van Cu Street (in Hung Phuc Ward - Vinh City) by motorbike when two young men on a red motorbike approached from behind and snatched an iPhone 4, worth about 12 million VND.
Vinh City Police are currently investigating.
