More than 80% of voters in constituency number 8 (Hung Binh Ward) went to vote.

(Baonghean) -Along with more than 2 million voters from 20 districts, cities and towns in Nghe An province, this morning, at constituency number 8 of the two residential blocks 22 and 23 of Hung Binh ward (Vinh city), more than 1,000 voters exercised their civil rights.

At the scheduled time, Comrade Dinh Thi Le Thanh, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Principal of the Provincial Political School, along with representatives of elderly voters and first-time voters, exercised their civil rights. By 8:45 a.m., more than 80% of voters in this area had gone to vote.
