(Baonghean)As reported, on July 15, while on duty to ensure traffic safety at the railway crossing at km 270 + 575 in Dien Yen commune (Dien Chau), two crossing guards Duong Van Kien and Pham Van Hai (Nghe Tinh Railway Management Company) were seriously injured by Nguyen Van Son, a driver of Nghe An 115 Hospital.

After more than 1 month of investigation, on August 25, the police investigation agency of Dien Chau District Police announced: Dien Chau District People's Procuracy has issued an order to prosecute Nguyen Van Son (born 1967), residing in Dien Chau Town, for the crime of resisting a person on official duty.
