Ukraine envoy reveals Trump wants to end conflict fairly
President-elect Trump's special envoy for Ukraine, Kellogg, said Trump wants a fair end to the conflict in Ukraine.

According to RIA Novosti on December 24, US President-elect Donald Trump's special envoy to Ukraine, Keith Kellogg, said that Mr. Trump wants to achieve a peaceful and just world in Ukraine.
“He wants a world that is fair, trustworthy and sustainable,” he said, responding to a question from Fox Business about Mr. Trump’s views on ending the conflict in Ukraine.
Special Envoy Kellogg also said that they were aware of the experience of past peace processes and that Mr Trump had his own thoughts on how to “end this”.
Earlier, Mr. Trump's special envoy expressed his view that Russia and Ukraine are ready to negotiate to end the conflict. He did not rule out the possibility that President-elect Trump could end the conflict in Ukraine by the end of this year.
Reuters quoted sources as saying that Mr. Kellogg will visit Kiev and several European capitals in early January 2025, "as the new US administration tries to end the conflict as quickly as possible" in Ukraine.
Commenting on speculation about a possible visit to Moscow by Mr. Kellogg, Russian Presidential Aide Yury Ushakov said that there was no information about this.
The date of Mr. Kellogg's visit to Kiev has been set, Ukrainian Foreign Ministry representative Georgy Tikhy said at a briefing.
At the same time, the Press Secretary of the President of Russia, Dmitry Pesko, noted on December 23 that the Ukrainian side still refuses to negotiate with Russia.
