Delegates of Vinh Provincial and City People's Council met with voters of Nghi Lien commune

(Baonghean.vn) -On the afternoon of June 10, the delegation of the People's Council of Vinh province and city led by Mr. Ho Duc Phoc - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee had a meeting with voters of Nghi Lien commune, Vinh city.

At the meeting, voters of Nghi Lien commune proposed the following opinions and recommendations: The winter-spring crop in 2012 was damaged by drought and floods, and the city should have policies to support farmers. Currently, Nghi Lien commune residents do not have a tap water system for daily life. The city needs to have a reasonable allowance system for frontline cadres and hamlet unions. It is necessary to invest in building drainage ditches because the current drainage ditch system is not synchronized, causing flooding. The issue of granting land use rights certificates to people is still complicated. It is necessary to consider compensation prices for agricultural land recovery for people.

Taking note of voters' opinions and recommendations, Mr. Ho Duc Phoc - Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee explained a number of issues that voters were concerned about. At the same time, he summarized the opinions and assigned the city's departments and branches to promptly consider and direct the resolution.
