At the meeting, comrade Nguyen Thi Kim Chi announced the program and content of the 5th session of the Provincial People's Council in July. Voters expressed their thoughts, wishes and suggestions: Medical examination and treatment at the grassroots level are difficult; equipment of commune health stations is degraded; the project to build a district-level health center is still behind schedule. Regarding the construction of a national standard commune in health, the province is requested to have synchronous investment, if only relying on the district and commune budgets, it will be very difficult; The situation of violations of population and family planning policies is on the rise, it is requested to have appropriate mechanisms and policies for cadres working on population work at commune, hamlet and village levels, ensuring the rights of this group. The debt of social insurance and health insurance of units and enterprises is still large, affecting the assurance of regimes and policies for workers and ensuring social security.

At the meeting, comrade Nguyen Xuan Son explained a number of issues of concern to voters and noted their opinions to send to the Provincial People's Council and all levels and sectors for resolution in the coming time.
