At the meeting, comrade Tran Cong Duong reported on the results of the 14th session of the 16th Provincial People's Council, summarized the socio-economic development, national defense and security situation in the first 6 months of 2015 and the tasks and solutions for socio-economic development, national defense and security in the last 6 months of the year, and reported on the Resolutions passed by the Provincial People's Council at the session.

Voters of Nghia Xuan commune, Quy Hop district have recommended to delegates that in the coming time, they need to pay attention to and resolve existing problems and shortcomings such as: Continue to invest in, support the production and supply of quality seeds, especially rice seeds; strengthen inspection, examination, and strictly manage business services, ensure the quality of seeds, fertilizers, and pesticides on the market; pay attention to promoting agricultural extension, transferring scientific and technical advances, and converting the structure of crops and livestock; the implementation of some policies for people with meritorious services is still facing difficulties due to errors in the old, damaged, duplicated certificates of merit, and not yet resolved; the issuance of land use right certificates to people is still pending. Voters also suggested that more attention should be paid to the regime for full-time and part-time cadres at the grassroots level; increased payments for relatives of martyrs who are receiving regular allowances; frontline civilian laborers do not have their own policies and their rights are not guaranteed...
