At the meeting, after Mr. Tran Van Mao reported on the agenda of the 9th session taking place in mid-July, many voters frankly expressed their thoughts and wishes. The issue that voters mentioned was the land division according to Decree 64 for a period of 20 years. Now that the 20-year period has expired, the Central Government has decided to continue extending it for another 50 years. If so, farmers born after Decree 64 (1994 and later) may not have land for their entire lives, causing difficulties in people's lives.

Also related to agriculture, voters suggested that the State and the province need to conduct research to have an impact and support for localities to build new rural areas. They suggested that the province and district pay attention to speeding up the progress of the project to relocate fishing village households to shore to stabilize their lives soon. Voters are concerned that the work of preventing social evils in general and drugs in particular currently has a number of raids that only seize drugs but do not catch the owners, so it is not completely "rooted". Voters also mentioned a number of issues related to policies for people with meritorious services; militia and self-defense regime; lowering the age of receiving benefits for the elderly to 75 years old...

Voters expressed their thoughts and aspirations before the Provincial People's Council delegates.
