Provincial People's Council delegates meet voters of Hoang Mai town

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of November 18, the delegation of the Provincial People's Council led by Mr. Huynh Thanh Dien, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, had a meeting with voters in Quynh Vinh commune (Hoang Mai town); Mr. Nguyen Huu Truong - Chief of Office of the National Assembly Delegation - Provincial People's Council had a meeting with voters in Quynh Lap commune, Hoang Mai town.

Comrade Huynh Thanh Dien spoke at the voter contact point of Quynh Vinh commune.

At the meeting, delegates and voters heard the expected agenda of the 10th session of the Provincial People's Council, term XVI; and heard a report on the economic, social, security and defense situation of Nghe An province in 2013.

After listening to the reports, voters of 10 wards and communes in Hoang Mai town spoke and made recommendations to the council delegates on issues such as: Support policies for damage to BC15 rice varieties; attention to investment policies for agriculture, rural areas, and farmers; the issue of agricultural insurance settlement needs to be simple and convenient for people; requesting the province to soon have a policy to establish Hoang Mai Town Medical Center; slow settlement of policies for meritorious people according to Decision 62; slow construction of roads in the town affecting people's lives and production...

After listening to voters' petitions, the provincial People's Council delegates answered a number of issues within their authority and at the same time accepted voters' opinions to submit to this session of the provincial People's Council.
