Septic tanks and wastewater pipes are constantly clogged and overflow onto the streets, causing environmental pollution, affecting the daily lives of households. Many voters expressed their frustration at the fact that many projects in the province have not been completely implemented, with some projects suspended for decades. The use of cadres needs to be assigned to the right people for the right jobs.
