* On the morning of June 18, comrade Ho Ngoc Sy - Member of the Provincial Party Committee - Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, Provincial People's Council Delegate had a meeting with voters of Thanh Chi and Thanh Khe communes, Thanh Chuong district.

At the meeting, voters of the two communes listened to comrade Ho Ngoc Sy - Provincial People's Council delegate and representative of Thanh Chuong District People's Council report on the expected content of the program of the 14th session of the 16th Provincial People's Council and the 13th session of the District People's Council.
The opinions of voters of the two communes mainly focused on the following contents: the settlement of regimes for people with meritorious services is still slow and inadequate; the power grid system in the area has degraded, causing insecurity for people, especially during the rainy and stormy season; many local children are unemployed after graduating from universities and colleges; it is necessary to continue investing in projects to complete the road from Thanh Chi Commune People's Committee to Ho Chi Minh Road; the irrigation canal system has been damaged, so it cannot meet the irrigation needs of farmers; currently there has been no support for culverts for rural and intra-field traffic;...
After receiving the opinions and recommendations of voters, comrade Ho Ngoc Sy and the leaders of Thanh Chuong District People's Committee directly explained the opinions within their authority, and at the same time assigned the district's departments, offices and branches to thoroughly resolve related issues. As for opinions that were not within the scope of resolution, the Delegates promised to submit them to higher levels for early resolution.

At the meeting, comrade Nguyen Van Do announced the expected program and content of the 14th session of the Provincial People's Council, quickly reported on the results and situation of socio-economic development, national defense and security in the province in the first 6 months of the year and the delegates of the District People's Council also announced the expected program of the 13th session of the District People's Council, term 18.
Next, voters participated in expressing their opinions, mainly focusing on the fields of investment in building new rural areas and agriculture, farmers and rural areas. That is: Requesting the Provincial People's Committee to support people in building standard cultural institutions, paying more attention and attention to people in implementing the national target program for new rural areas. Cement support for localities must be timely and appropriate. Requesting the Provincial People's Council and District People's Council to pay attention and direct the electricity sector to repair and improve the rural power grid system, because currently many villages in Thanh Dong commune have very weak electricity that cannot meet the daily needs of the people.
Thanh Chuong District needs to take measures to handle the Town's landfill because it is currently overloaded, affecting the environment and polluting the water sources of neighboring households. The province and district need to pay attention to job creation for rural children and have measures to manage good seeds and fertilizers to avoid fake and poor quality goods flooding the market. It is necessary to increase investment in infrastructure and improve the qualifications of medical staff from the district to the grassroots to limit congestion at the provincial level.
Based on the opinions of voters, comrade Nguyen Van Do and representatives of district-level departments and branches and local authorities explained issues within their authority. The remaining opinions will be compiled by the delegates and submitted to the competent levels and branches and the upcoming session.

At the meeting, comrade Dinh Viet Hong - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, on behalf of the delegation of the Provincial People's Council, reported to voters the expected agenda of the 14th session of the 17th Provincial People's Council and provided additional information on some highlights of the results of economic, social, national defense and security development as well as the new rural construction program of the province in the first 6 months of 2015.
Next, the voters' representatives had 14 recommendations to the Provincial People's Council delegation with groups of issues: The policies for full-time cadres at the grassroots level are still low; the State needs to have preferential policies in recruiting jobs for rural workers and ethnic minorities; there needs to be an early recruitment mechanism for preschool teachers. In addition, voters also recommended the need to soon separate Ke Thai hamlet and resolve the administrative boundary dispute between Giai Xuan commune and some neighboring communes in the district and Quy Hop district...
Mr. Dinh Viet Hong and local government representatives explained issues within their authority; opinions not within their authority, the provincial and district People's Council delegates seriously accepted and promised to submit to competent authorities for consideration and resolution.
