Voters frankly raised many issues.

DSuggesting that the National Assembly and the Government have more comprehensive and practical solutions so that the foreign language teaching project can be highly effective in practice. Some voters also suggested that the State arrange enough teachers according to the regulation of 1.5 teachers/class for primary school (currently, only 1.2 - 1.3 teachers/class); 2 teachers/class for preschool (currently only 1.8 teachers/class is applied), putting pressure on teachers and affecting teaching quality. Suggesting to study reducing the labor norm for secondary school teachers to 14 - 16 periods/week, instead of 19 periods/week as at present.

Voters believe that the current secondary and high school education program is very heavy, and additional classes are held on Saturdays, causing students to feel lethargic in their studies, while state administrative agencies are all off on Saturdays. Therefore, they request the National Assembly, the Government and the Ministry of Education and Training to research and come up with a feasible solution. Voters also request the National Assembly and the Government to research and have a mechanism to attract alternative resources to replace the collection of construction fees to invest in building facilities and teaching equipment, to avoid schools having to instead of carrying out their main task of teaching and learning, to mobilize parents to contribute money....

Ms. Le Thi Tam thanked the voters for their sincere and responsible opinions, and directly explained a number of issues and promised to summarize and fully report to the National Assembly, the Government and relevant agencies for resolution.
