Next, voters of Thinh Thanh commune expressed their thoughts, wishes and recommendations to the National Assembly on a number of issues related to the locality, namely: the implementation of the national target program on new rural construction still faces many difficulties, especially the state's support for cement for rural traffic has not met the requirements. The implementation of Decree 42 of the Government on supporting rice cultivation at 18,000 VND/sao is too little, the state should invest in building infrastructure to serve agricultural production to achieve higher efficiency; agricultural insurance, support policies for areas affected by natural disasters and droughts, people have not benefited; vocational training for workers in remote areas is still limited; the living standards of people are still too different from those in the plains and urban areas.
