National Assembly delegates meet voters in Le Loi ward (Vinh city)
(Baonghean.vn) -On the morning of October 9, National Assembly delegates including Major General Tran Huu Tuat - Deputy Commander of Military Region 4 and Ms. Le Thi Tam - President of the Provincial Women's Union met with voters of Le Loi ward, Vinh city.
At the meeting, Major General Tran Huu Tuat - Deputy Commander of Military Region 4 informed voters about the results of the 7th session of the National Assembly; At the same time, he approved the content of the 8th session of the National Assembly scheduled to open on October 20.
At the meeting, voters of Le Loi ward made recommendations on the following issues: Inadequacies in taking votes of confidence for people holding positions elected or approved by the National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels; Inadequacies in regulations on compensation for site clearance according to Decree 69 of the Government; issues of corruption, budget loss and waste; the arrangement of cadres needs to be streamlined and effective from the central to local levels; the promulgation of policies and legal regulations needs to be consistent with reality.
In addition, voters also made recommendations on issues related to youth employment, price control, product quality, traffic accident control, social evil prevention, etc.
On behalf of the National Assembly delegation, Ms. Le Thi Tam - President of the Provincial Women's Union, a National Assembly delegate explained some issues of concern to voters and accepted other issues to submit to competent authorities for consideration.
